I like crocheting as a pastime and to make useful things. Never sure what type of yarns to use or how "thick" for each item.

I made excellent crochet garments. For me and to send to America. That was in the 80s. Now I have not crochet 🧶 Ed for many many years.paper craft and painting with friends took over. Now I can hardly crochet at all. Really sorry 😢 and wish I could start again life gone .advise other ladies not to ever give up 🧶. I am a beginner again now. Is it too late. Modern patterns are so small to read and mixed US. And BRIT. I taught myself in the very beginning. Life over and stuck indoors for ever. So would love my craft back.
