Hi, I heard that you are interested in learning how to crochet. Well, you have come to the right place. I love to crochet. And you know what it's like when you love to do something and you hear somebody else is interested in it? You just want to talk their ear off, and you want to bond, and you want to teach them things. And that is exactly how I feel about teaching crochet. I love it. So, I am so happy that you're joining me and you're gonna go on this crochet journey with me. In this class, it's called the 14-Day Learn to Crochet series. You will learn all about different types of yarn and how to choose the right yarn for your project. You will learn about different styles of hooks and what you will need to complete the projects in this class, as well as some other tools that you will need. We will also be talking about four basic stitch patterns. We'll learn the single crochet, half-double crochet, double crochet, and the treble crochet. And we will also learn two different ways to work in the round. We'll also be completing two projects, a hat project, the elemental beanie, and we'll also be working on a chunky crocheted cowl project. And you will use those projects to practice all the things that you're learning in this series. We are also gonna talk about how to read a pattern because that can be very frustrating for people who are just starting out. There's lots of abbreviations and it can be very confusing. So, I'm gonna walk you through all of that. And we're gonna talk about stitch diagrams and how to read those, because those can be very helpful, especially for visual learners. After you watch videos one through five, you can skip around a little bit. But before you watch the project videos, like the hat and the cowl, you'll need to watch the videos that pertain to those. So for the hat, you'll need to watch videos one through five, and then also 11 and 12. And for the cowl, you'll need to watch videos one through eight before you can begin those projects. So once again, I'm so excited to teach all this to you, and I hope you love crochet just as much as I do.
